ArchDoc offers three subscription tiers designed to scale with your team's needs. Each plan provides different levels of access and features.

For Individuals & Small Teams

Start with the Free Plan to explore ArchDoc's capabilities. Perfect for:

  • Small teams just getting started
  • Evaluating ArchDoc before committing

For Growing Teams

The Base Plan is ideal for:

  • Engineering teams of 5-20 people
  • Organizations that need GitHub integration
  • Teams requiring formal sign-off workflows

For Large Organizations

The Premium Plan is designed for:

  • Large engineering organizations
  • Teams needing unlimited documentation
  • Companies requiring priority support
  • Organizations needing custom branding

Understanding Seat-Based Pricing

On the Base plan:

  • 5 seats are included in the base price
  • Each additional seat costs $9/month
  • Total cost = $49 + ($9 × additional seats)

Example: A team of 8 members on the Base plan would pay:

  • Base: $49
  • Additional seats (3): $27
  • Total: $76/month

Document Limits

Each plan has document limits:

  • Free: 5 documents total
  • Base: 15 documents total (+ 2 per additional seat)
  • Premium: Unlimited documents

Documents count includes ADRs, RFCs, and Design Docs. Closed documents still count toward your limit.
